Šaṭṭ al-ʿArab (Arabice شط العرب 'flumen Arabium'), sive Arvandrud (اروندرود 'flumen celer') est flumen Asiae occidentalis fere 200 chiliometra longum, ab Euphrate et Tigride ad oppidum al-Qurnah confluentibus formatum, in provincia Basrensi Iracae meridianae situm. Meridiana fluminis extremitas, usque ad ostium in sinu Persico, finem inter Iracam et Iraniam constituit. Territorium fluminis disputatum una causa fuit Primi belli sinus Persici.
