Valtellina Casera est nomen varietatis casei praecipue bubuli Alpinae, in Valle Telina Italiae inventae, in nonnullis pagis provinciarum Sundrii confectae et longe conservandae. Casei Valtellina Casera formam disci vel cylindri habent, diametro inter 30 et 45 cm, largitudine vel 9 cm, pondere inter 7 et 12 kg.
Caseus sub hoc nomine in civitatibus Europaeis venundatus debet in regione delimitata et in modis definitis fieri; ab anno 1996 appellationem in Europa protectam habet.
