Locris (-idis, f., Graece: Λοκρίς; Neograece: Λοκρίδα) fuit antiqua regio Graeciae mediae et sedes gentis Locrorum. Divisa erat in duas partes: Locris Opuntia vel orientalis a Thermopylis secundum sinum Euboeae usque ad Larymnam patens, cuius urbs praecipua fuit Opus, et Locris Ozolia vel occidentalis ad Sinum Corinthium sita, cuius urbes praecipuae fuerunt Amphissa et Naupactus.
Mediae inter duas Locridis partes erant regiones Doris et Phocis. Locri, cum essent divisi in duas partes et eorum agri fecunditate carerent, in historia Graeciae antiquae minores partes egerunt : plerumque imperio civitatum potentiorum parere coacti sunt.
