Congregatio de Cultu Divino et Disciplina Sacramentorum est una novem congregationum curia romanae, quae ut Congregatio Rituum a papa Sixto V die 22 Ianuarii 1588 condita est.
Die 8 Maii 1969 cum constitutione apostolica Sacra Rituum Congregatio papa Paulus VI a Congregatione Rituum Congregationem de Causis Sanctorum separavit et primae congregationi praesens nomen dedit.
Secundum constitutionem apostolicam Pastor Bonus (art. 62) est officium huius congregationis.
Praeses Congregationis de Cultu Divino et Disciplina Sacramentorum fuerunt cardinales Franciscus Arinze; ab anno 2009 usque ad annum 2014 Antonius Cañizares Llovera et nunc est cardinalis Robertus Sarah.
