빌랴나 플라브시치(Biljana Plavšić)는 스릅스카 공화국의 제2대 대통령이다. 세르브계 보스니아 헤르체고비나인 출신 정치인이며 보스니아 전쟁으로 인도에 반한 죄를 범하여 구유고슬라비아 국제형사재판소에서 재판을 받았다.
