그램 파슨스(Gram Parsons, 1946년 11월 5일~1973년 9월 19일)는 미국의 싱어송라이터, 기타리스트, 피아니스트이다. 하버드 대학교를 졸업했다.
1968년 버즈(The Byrds)의 멤버로 활동하고 1970년대에는 솔로활동을 하는 등 10여년 간 음악활동을 이어 가다가, 1973년 26세에 모르핀과 알코올 과다복용으로 요절하였다.
