재일베트남인(일본어: 在日ベトナム人)은 일본에 거주하는 베트남인들을 말한다.일본 법무성에 의한 도시에서 489,312명으로 일본에서는 2번째 민족이다.[1]
재일 베트남인들의 시초는 20세기초에 시작되었다. 그 당시에는 일본으로 유학하러 온 유학생들이 대부분이었다. 1908년도에 200명의 베트남인 학생들이 일본의 여러 대학교에서 공부를 했다.
