세모뼈(Triquetrum) 또는 삼각골은 손목뼈 근위열(proximal row of carpal bones) 중 하나이다. 콩알뼈(pisiform bone)와 세모뼈는 겹쳐져있는데 콩알뼈가 손바닥쪽, 세모뼈가 손등쪽이다. 근위열 중 새끼손가락쪽이다.
