볼로스티(러시아어: во́лость)는 러시아의 행정 구역이었다. 동슬라브족의 더 오래된 역사에서 볼로스티는 크냐즈에서 유래되었다. 14세기가 시작되었을 무렵에 모스크바 대공국에서 읍과 함께 설치되었다. 1861년에 볼로스티는 러시아 제국의 행정 구역을 이루게 되었다.
