겨울눈(Hibernaculum)은 통발과 같은 특정 수생식물의 싹이다. 이 싹은 물보다 더 무거우며 추운 겨울이 다가올 때 발전하며 이후 떨어져나와 못 아래로 빠지므로 겨울에 생존하게 된다.
