푸올란카(핀란드어: Puolanka)는 핀란드 카이누 지역에 위치한 도시로, 면적은 2,598.75km2, 인구는 2,998명(2012년 기준), 인구 밀도는 1.22명/km2이다.
시 중심부에서 16km 정도 떨어진 지점에 헤포쾽애스(Hepoköngäs) 폭포가 위치한다. 이 폭포의 높이는 24m이며 핀란드에서 가장 높은 폭포이다.
