Ани (арм.Անի, түр.Ani, лат.'Abnicum'[1][2], груз.ანისი — «Аниси») — орта ғасырдағы қамал. Армянның Камсаракани әулетінің князьдары тұсында салынған . Гүлденуі кезеңінде 100 мыңнан астам тұрғыны бар "1001 шіркеуі бар қала" атағымен белгілі болған. Қаланың қираған қалдықтары қазіргі Түркияның шығысында Ахурян өзенінің жағасында тұр. Карсктан 42 км қашықтықта.
1892-93, 1904-16 жылдары жүргізілген архиологиялық қазбалар мұндағы Баграти сарайын, Ахурян өзеніндегі көпірді, мейрамхананы, мұнаралы дуалдарды, тұрғын кварталдарды, көптеген шіркеулерді т.б. құрылыстарды ашты.
Ани қаласының құрметіне 1914 жылы орыс астроном Григорий Николаевич Неуймин ашқан астероидты атаған.
