ხლოტარ IV (ფრანგ. Clotaire IV); (დ. დაახლ. 685 — გ. 719) — ფრანკთა მეფე 717 წლიდან, მეროვინგების დინასტიიდან. რამდენიმე წყაროს მიხედვით იყო დაგობერტ II-ის ვაჟი, სხვა წყაროები კი მას — თოიდერიხ III-ის ძედ თვლიან. ხლოტარი (ან კლოტარი — Chlotarius, ან ხლოტოხარი — Chlotacharius — იგივე რაც მოგვიანებით ლოთარი) ფრანგულად ითარგმნება, როგორც ცნობილი არმიის მფლობელი.
