ლუთიფრი − ურარტუს მეფე. მის შესახებ ძალიან ცოტა რამაა ცნობილი. წარწერებში მოხსენიებულია თავისი მემკვიდრის, სარდური I-ის მამად.[1] როგორც ჩანს, ლუთიფრი ურარტუს მართავდა ძვ.წ. 844 - ძვ.წ. 834 წლებში, სალმანასარ III-ის მიერ ქალაქ არზაშკუნის განადგურებით გამოწვეულ არეულობის პერიოდში, სარდური I-ის მიერ ახალი ქალაქის, ტუშფას დაარსებამდე.
