Pamonha ( Portuguese pronunciation: [pɐˈmoɲɐ] ) minangka panganan tradisional Brasil. Iki tempel digawe saka jagung legi, rebus dibungkus kulit jagung. Variasi bisa uga kalebu santen. Pamonha bisa gurih utawa legi. Yen gurih, bisa diisi keju, sosis, daging cincang, pitik cincang utawa mrico. Yen manis, pulp klapa ing lemah iku tambahan umume yen ana, nanging mayoritas akeh banget disajekake kanthi polos.
