Liangpi ( simplified Chinese ) yaiku salah sawijining jenis olahan panganan khas Cina kaya mi sing digawe saka gandum utawa glepung beras. Iki minangka panganan khusus sing asale saka masakan Provinsi Shaanxi , nanging saiki wis nyebar ing pirang-pirang papan liyane ing Tiongkok, khususe wilayah sisih lor lan tengah. Ing wilayah sisih kulon-lor China, asring diarani liangpi zi (凉皮子). Sanajan liangpi disajikake kanthi adhem, nanging uga diwenehake saben musim, kalebu musim salju.
