Custard minangka macem-macem persiapan kuliner adhedhasar susu utawa krim sing dimasak nganggo kuning endingnya kanggo nglukis, lan kadhang uga tepung, pati jagung, utawa gelatin . Gumantung saka resep, kastard bisa beda-beda ing konsistensi saka saus tipis ( crème anglaise ) nganti krim pastry kandel ( crème pâtissière ) sing digunakake kanggo ngisi éclairs .
