Brambang préi minangka sayuran, kultivar saka Allium ampeloprasum, leek liar sing wiyar. Bagéyan sing bisa dipangan saka tanduran yaiku bungkus sheaths godhong sing kadhangkala kanthi salah diarani batang utawa gagang. Ing genus Allium uga ngandhut trikatuka, papak, shallot, scallion, chive,[1] lan trikatuka Chinese .
