2,4-ジエノイルCoAレダクターゼ (NADPH)(2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase (NADPH))は、次の化学反応触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

trans-2,3-ジデヒドロアシルCoA + NADP+ trans,trans-2,3,4,5-テトラデヒドロアシルCoA + NADPH + H+

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質trans-2,3-ジデヒドロアシルCoANADP+、生成物はtrans,trans-2,3,4,5-テトラデヒドロアシルCoAとNADPHとH+である。

組織名はtrans-2,3-didehydroacyl-CoA:NADP+ 4-oxidoreductaseで、別名に4-enoyl-CoA reductase (NADPH), 4-enoyl coenzyme A (reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate) reductase, 4-enoyl-CoA reductase, 2,4-dienoyl-CoA reductase (NADPH)がある。
