Grindahlaup

Grindahlaup telst til frjálsra íþrótta og er kapphlaup á hlaupabraut með 10 grindum, yfirleitt 400 m, 110 m (karlar) eða 100 m (konur). Hæð grinda í 110 m. grindahlaupi karla 106,7 cm. Grindahlaup er kapphlaup yfir lausar hindranir, en hindrunarhlaup yfir fastar hindranir.
