Istilah Trako-Romawi merujuk pada budaya dan bahasa Trakia dan Dacia yang tergabung kedalam Kekaisaran Romawi. Istilah ini diperkenalkan oleh Ovid Densusianu pada tahun 1901.
Pendudukan Romawi menyebabkan munculnya sinkretisme Romawi-Trakia, yang mirip dengan kasus peradaban taklukan lain (seperti budaya Galia-Romawi). Akibatnya, banyak suku-suku Trakia yang terlatinisasi, dan mengakibatkan kepunahan beberapa bahasa Daco-Trakia.
