The Darkness adalah band rock asal Inggris yang pernah memenangkan sejumlah penghargaan-BRIT Award-winning British dalam kategori band hard rock. Gaya musik retro yang mereka usung dipengaruhi oleh band rock seperti Queen, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Mötley Crüe, Guns N' Roses, Aerosmith, Sparks, Van Halen, T. Rex, 38 Special, Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Boston dan Thin Lizzy.
