Saʿīd bin ʿUtsmān bin ʿAffān (bahasa Arab: سعيد بن عثمان بن عفان, meninggal ca 680) adalah seorang jenderal Umayyah dan gubernur militer Khurasan pada 676–677 pada masa pemerintahan Muawiyah I. Ia adalah putra dari Khalifah Utsman (m. 644–656).
