Pola Nirenska (28 Juli 1910 – 25 Juli 1992
), nama lahir Pola Nirensztajn, adalah seorang pementas tarian modern Yahudi kelahiran Polandia. Ia meraih sambutan kritis untuk karir singkatnya di Austria, Jerman, Italia, dan Polandia pada 1930an sebelum pindah benua pada 1935 karena kebangkitan antisemitisme. Ia menjalani 14 tahun di Britania Raya, dimana ia menghibur para pengungsi, pasukan, dan tenaga kerja perang. Ia berimigrasi ke Amerika Serikat pada 1949 dan menetap di Washington, D.C., dimana ia banyak dikenal sebagai koreografer dan pementas tarian modern utama di kota tersebut sampai kematiannya.
