Platina (78Pt) yang terbentuk secara alami terdiri dari lima isotop stabil (192Pt, 194Pt, 195Pt, 196Pt, 198Pt) dan satu radioisotop sangat berumur panjang (190Pt, waktu paruhnya 6,50×1011 tahun). Ada juga 34 radioisotop sintetis yang diketahui, yang berumur paling panjang adalah 193Pt dengan waktu paruh 50 tahun.
