Patrick Tam Yiu Man (Hanzi tradisional: 譚耀文, Hanzi sederhana: 谭耀文; lahir 19 Maret 1969 ) adalah seorang penyanyi dan aktor berkebangsaan Hong Kong. Dia dikenal sebagai penyanyi untuk Cantopop, Blues dan lagu tema di film dan serial televisi. Patrick Tam Yiu Man sekarang berada di bawah manajemen artis Emperor Entertainment Group.
Karier solo di dunia rekaman dimulainya dengan album "為你解悶" yang dirilis pada tahun 1989.
Sebagai aktor, dia telah muncul dalam lebih dari 30 film dan 10 serial televisi.
