Legendary Entertainment (juga ditulis Legendary Pictures atau Legendary) adalah perusahaan media Amerika Serikat yang berpusat di Burbank, California. Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Thomas Tull tahun 2000. Pada tahun 2005, Legendary bekerja sama memproduksi dan mendanai film dengan Warner Bros. dan Universal Pictures. Sejak 2016, Legendary merupakan anak perusahaan konglomerat Wanda Group asal Tiongkok.

Sejarah

Thomas Tull mendirikan Hiburan Legendaris setelah mengumpulkan $500 juta dari perusahaan ekuitas swasta.^[1] Itu salah satunya dari perusahaan pertama dari jenisnya yang memasangkan produksi film besar dengan ekuitas swasta Wall Street utama dan investor hedge fund, termasuk ABRY Partners, AIG Direct Investments, Bank of America Capital Investors, Columbia Capital, Falcon Investment Advisors, dan M/C Venture Partners.^[2] Legendary Pictures, Inc. didirikan di California i n 2000^[3] dan pada tahun 2005 menandatangani perjanjian dengan Warner Bros. untuk memproduksi dan mendanai bersama hingga 40 film selama tujuh tahun .^[2] Pada tahun 2010, Tull, Fidelity Investments, dan Fortress Investment Group membeli semua saham investor asli.
