Franklin Wendell "Frank" Welker (lahir 12 Maret 1946) adalah seorang aktor pengisi suara asal Amerika Serikat. Ia sudah berkecimpung di dunia seiyū sejak tahun 1980-an. Peran terbaiknya sebagai pengisi suara untuk karakter Megatron dan Scooby-Doo. Saat ini ia menjadi pengisi suara George dalam serial TV Curious George dan Shaun the Sheep sebagai Timmy.
