Tĩnh Hải quân atau Komando Militer Jinghai (Bahasa Tionghoa: 靜海軍, pinyin: Jìnghǎi Jūn) (harfiah "Tentara Laut Damai"), juga dikenal sebagai Annam (安南) adalah pemerintahan [Dinasti Tang]] yang dipimpin oleh gubernur-gubernur Tiongkok, kemudian menjadi rezim semi-independen yang dipimpin oleh panglima perang dan raja Vietnam berturut-turut. Pemerintahan ini berpusat di sekitar yang sekarang disebut Bắc Bộ dari 866 hingga 967 selama periode Tang akhir dan berlangsung hingga akhir Lima Dinasti dan Sepuluh Negara sampai penguasa Vietnam Đinh Bộ Lĩnh akhirnya mendirikan kerajaan Đại Việt.
