El Perú

El Perú (juga dikenal dengan nama Waka' ) adalah situs arkeologi peradaban Maya dari zaman pra-Kolumbus yang terletak di tepi Sungai San Pedro di Departemen Petén, Guatemala utara. El Perú terletak sejauh 60 km di sebelah barat Tikal.

Situs ini dihuni pada zaman Praklasik dan Klasik (kurang lebih dari tahun 500 SM hingga 800 M). Situs ini ditemukan kembali oleh para pencari minyak pada dasawarsa 1960-an.
