Mishnah [mi-sh-nà] (ab shanà, repeter; significa "repetition") indica originalmente le dotrina del Lege a repeter oralmente, distincte ab le Lege scribite. Iste concepto, plus tarde, deveniva un expression technic pro indicar le derecto customari del Judaismo post-exilic, developpate se extra le Torah e definite, finalmente, canonic. Le Mishnah constitue le nucleo del Talmud babylonic e palestinese. Illo es subdividite in 6 series (sedarim), con 63 tractatos.
