A Primetime Emmy-díj a legjobb női főszereplőnek (vígjáték-sorozat) elismerést az Emmy-gálán adják át. 1953 óta díjazzák külön a női művészeket. A Primetime Emmy-díjat a Daytime Emmy-díj kiválása óta különböztetik meg.
