सुनीता राव (Sunitha Rao; जन्म : अक्टूबर 27, 1985) भारतीय-अमेरिकी पैशेवर टेनिस खिलाड़ी हैं जिन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं में भारत की तरफ से खेला। उन्होंने आईटीएफ सर्किट में आठ युग्ल खिताब जीते। 7 जुलाई 2008 को वो अपनी सर्वश्रेष्ठ एकल रैंकिंग पर पहुँची जिसमें वो विश्व में 144वें स्थान पर थीं।[1]
