सर थॉमस स्टॅमफर्ड रॅफल्स (इंग्लिश: Thomas Stamford Raffles) (६ जुलाई, १७८१ - ५ जुलाई, १८२६) सिंगापुर नगर और लंडन प्राणी संग्रहालय के संस्थापक के रूप में प्रसिद्ध ब्रिटिश प्रशासकीय अधिकारी थे। नेपोलियोन के युद्ध में डच व फ्रेंच फौजों से इंडोनेशिया का जावा जीता व ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य के विस्तार करने के लिए उन्होंने महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया।
