स्तनधारियों की लाला गर्ंथियाँ या लार ग्रंथिया (salivary glands) लाला (लार) उत्पन्न करने वाली बहिःस्रावी ग्रंथियाँ है। लार में बहुत से पदार्थ होते हैं जैसे, एमाइलेज (amylase) जो स्टार्च को माल्टोज और ग्लूकोज में तोड़ देता है।
