Tteokbokki ( 떡볶이 ), ko Simmered rice cake, sanannen abincin Koriya ne da aka yi daga ƙaramin garae-tteok (dogayen, fari, waina mai siffar Silinda) wanda ake kira tteokmyeon (떡면; "noodles shinkafa") ko yawanci tteokbokki-tteok (떡볶이 떡; "teokbokki shinkafa kek"). Eomuk (cakulan kifi), dafaffen ƙwai, da scallions wasu sinadarai ne na gama gari waɗanda aka haɗa tare da tteokbokki a cikin jita-jita. Ana sayan Tteokbokki da cin abinci a bunsikjip (sandunan ciye-ciye) da kuma pojangmacha (kantunan titi). Akwai kuma gidajen cin abinci da aka keɓe don tteokbokki, inda ake kiransa da jeukseok tteokbokki (impromptu tteokbokki). Har ila yau, sanannen abinci ne na gida, kamar yadda za a iya siyan kek ɗin shinkafa (garae-tteok) a cikin kayan da aka riga aka shirya, sigar da ba ta da ruwa.
