From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
As Series Mundiais, en inglés World Series, son as finais da Major League Baseball (MLB) de béisbol. As Series Mundiais lévanse disputando desde 1903, e nela enfróntanse o campión da American League (AL) e da National League (NL). O gañador das series decídese nunha eliminatoria ao mellor de sete partidos, recibindo o gañador o Commissioner's Trophy.[1] Como as World Series se disputan habitualmente en outubro (e ocasionalmente en novembro), ás veces son chamadas o Clásico de Outono (en inglés: Fall Classic).
