2018 VG18 é un distante obxecto transneptuniano descuberto o 10 de novembro de 2018 por Scott S. Sheppard, David Tholen e Chad Trujillo, alcumado Lonxe[1] (en inglés: Farout) polo seu equipo de descubrimento. A unha distancia do Sol dunhas 120 UA (máis de tres veces e media a distancia de Plutón ó Sol) e case dúas veces a distancia de Eris, é no presente o obxecto observado máis arredado do Sistema Solar e o primeiro obxecto descuberto alén das 100 AU.[2] Porén, non é o obxecto coa órbita media máis distante, xa que o seu eixo semi-maior só se estima en 95.,2 AU. 2018 VG18 foi descuberto durante unha investigación de busca do hipotético planeta Nove.[2]
O diámetro de 2018 VG18 estímase en 500 km, o que o converte nun posible planeta anano.[2] É de cor rosado, o que suxire unha alta concentración de xeo.[3]
