Askia Mohammed IV Bano gouverna l'Empire songhaï de 1586 à 1588. Fils d'Askia Daoud, il succéda à son frère Askia Mohammed III el Hadj.

D'un caractère indécis, il mourut subitement en 1588 en partant au combat contre son frère Mohammed es Sadeq. Son autre frère Askia Ishaq II lui succéda.
