Henry Wriothesley, 3e comte de Southampton, ( – ), est le fils unique de Henry Wriothesley, 2e comte de Southampton (en), et de Mary Wriothesley, comtesse de Southampton, née Mary Browne, fille d'Anthony Browne, 1er vicomte Montagu. Les deux poèmes narratifs de Shakespeare's, intitulés Vénus et Adonis et The Rape of Lucrece, ont été dédiés à Southampton, qui est généralement considéré comme le Fair Youth des Sonnets de Shakespeare.
