Zoltán Popovits (s. 17. maaliskuuta 1940 Eger, Unkari) on unkarilais-suomalainen kuvanveistäjä. Hän on Budapestin Moholy-Nagyn taideyliopiston kunniatohtori (2007).[1]
Popovitsin perhe lähti Unkarista 1945 Etelä-Saksaan ja muutti myöhemmin Australian kautta Yhdysvaltoihin. Popovits opiskeli ensin Coloradon yliopistossa lentokonesuunnittelua ja sitten vuoteen 1963 arkkitehtuuria. Kuvanveistoa hän opiskeli 1963–1965 Kansas Cityn Art Institutessa.[2] Hän tuli Fulbright-stipendillä Suomeen 1965 ja opiskeli Suomen Taideakatemian koulussa 1965–1966.[2] Popovits jäi Suomeen, mutta on asunut 1990-luvun lopulta Unkarissa, ensin viisi vuotta vakituisesti ja sitten osittain. Vuodesta 1966 hän on pitänyt yksityisnäyttelyjä ja osallistunut ryhmänäyttelyihin niin Suomessa kuin ulkomaillakin.[1]
Popovits on tehnyt Helsinkiin useita julkisia veistoksia, muun muassa Forumin kauppakeskukseen, Rahakamarintorille Länsi-Pasilaan ja Itäkeskukseen. Hän suunnitellut myös koruja Lapponia-korulle.[1] Arabian vieraileva taiteilija Popovits oli 1969–1971.[2]
