Mika Ilmari Kajava (s. 31. toukokuuta 1959 Kuopio)[1] on suomalainen antiikintutkija (filologi). Epigrafiikkaan ja onomastiikkaan erikoistunut Kajava, joka oli Suomen Rooman-instituutin johtajana 2003–2006, on toiminut Helsingin yliopiston Kreikan kielen ja kirjallisuuden professorina vuodesta 2005 lähtien. Hän on myös ollut Turun yliopiston antiikin kielten ja kulttuurin professuurin haltija vuosina 2002–2005.
