Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Inc. oli vuosina 2004–2008 toiminut levy-yhtiö. Se oli lopputulos 50–50-yhteenliittymästä Sony Music Entertainmentin (osa Sonya) ja BMG Entertainmentin (osa Bertelsmannia) välillä. Yhteenliittymä toteutui 5. elokuuta 2004. Sony ja Bertelsmann omistivat kumpikin 50 prosenttia yhtiöstä. 5. elokuuta 2008 ilmoitettiin, että Sony ostaa Bertelsmannin osuuden levy-yhtiöstä. Tämän vuoksi levy-yhtiön nimeksi vaihtui Sony Music Entertainment, Inc.
