Pökkelökääpä (Piptoporus betulinus) on kuolleissa ja kuolevissa koivuissa kasvava kääpä. Pökkelökääpä kuuluu lahottajasieniin.

Pökkelökäävän itiöemä on yksivuotinen, aluksi se on munan, myöhemmin munuaisen muotoinen. Yleensä sillä on lyhyt jalka. Yläpinta on kuiva, sileä ja harmaanruskea. Alapinta on valkea, vanhana korkinvärinen. Paksu maltokerros on korkkimainen ja valkoinen.[2][3] Keltamusta kovakuoriainen, kirjopimikkä (Diaperis boleti), on yleinen pökkelökäävällä elävä kovakuoriainen.[4]
Hyvin yleinen koko Suomessa.
Pökkelökääpä aiheuttaa taloudellista vahinkoa koivun ruskolahottajana. Sitä voidaan käyttää tekstiilien värjäämiseen.[5] Pehmeää pökkelökääpää on perinteisesti käytetty neulatyynynä. Sitä on myös käytetty partaveitsen tms. terävän veitsen "tuppena", josta se on saanut norjankielisen nimensä knivkjuke eli veitsikääpä.[3]
