Lohjansaari (ruots. Lojoön) on Lohjanjärven suurin saari. Sen pinta-ala on 20 neliökilometriä ja se on Suomen 64. suurin saari. Saari sijaitsee Lohjan kaupungin alueella.[1] Ennen vuoden 2013 kuntaliitosta saaren läntinen osa kuului Karjalohjan kuntaan.

Lohjansaaresta on 1800-luvulla louhittu sekä kuparia että rautaa.[2] Myös kalkkia louhittiin 1900-luvun alkupuolella. Lohjansaarelle johtaa maantie Kirkniemestä. Saarella on sekä ympärivuotista että kesäasutusta. Saaressa sijaitsevat muun muassa Ciderbergin viinitila sekä aiempi Lohjansaaren koulu, jonka opetus lakkautettiin vuonna 2014. Talvisodan aikana koululle tuotiin suojaan äitejä ja lapsia Helsingistä asti.[2][3]
Halkaisijaltaan noin 400-metrinen Innoonlampi on saaren ainoa merkittävä vesistö.[4]
Lohjansaaressa sijaitsi 1930-luvulla myös työväentalo, joka kuitenkin tuhoutui tulipalossa vain muutama vuosi valmistumisestaan. Myös motelli toimi saarella aina 1980-luvun loppuun saakka, jolloin sekin paloi.
