Kirjat Tiv'on (hepr. קריית טבעון) on kaupunki Israelin Haifan hallintoalueella. Kaupungin asukasluku vuoden 2018 lopussa oli 18 121.
Kirjat Tiv'on sijaitsee Israelin pohjoisosassa Jisreelin ja Sebulonin laaksojen välissä. Kaupungin vieressä on suurehkoja tammi- ja mäntymetsiä, sekä Beit She'arimin kansallispuisto historiallisine kohteineen. Hieman kaupungista pohjoiseen sijaitsee Basmat Tab'unin beduiinien asutuskeskus.[1]
Nykyinen Kirjat Tiv'on on muodostunut eri kaupunkeja yhdistettäessä. Kirjat Amal perustettiin vuonna 1937 työläisten asuinalueeksi. Kaupunki laajeni toisen maailmansodan jälkeen ja vuonna 1947 Keret-niminen brittiläisten sionistien sijoitusyhtiö perusti Tivon-nimisen asuinalueen hieman Kirjat Amalista pohjoiseen.[1]
Israel itsenäistyi vuonna 1948 itsenäisyyssodan jälkeen. Tivonista kehkeytyi huomattava matkailukeskus. Tivon, Kirjat Amal ja läheinen mošav El-Ro'i yhdistettiin vuonna 1957. Vuonna 1979 alueeseen liitettiin lisäksi Kurdistanin juutalaisten perustama Kirjat Haroshet. Nykyisellään matkailun merkitys on vähentynyt ja monet paikalliset käyvät töissä Haifassa.[1]
Kirjat Tiv'onin asukasluku oli vuoden 2018 lopussa 18 121.[2] Vuonna 1969 vastaava luku oli 9 700 ja vuonna 2002 13 300.[1]
