Heinälahti[1] (ven. Сенна́я Губа́, Sennaja Guba) on kylä Karjalan tasavallan Karhumäen piirin Suurlahden kunnassa Venäjällä. Se sijaitsee Äänisjärven Suuren Klimetskoinsaaren luoteisrannalla 30 kilometriä Suurlahdesta vesiteitse etelään.[2] Kylässä on 16 asukasta (vuonna 2012)[3].

Heinälahti tunnetaan 1600-luvulta lähtien. Sen läheltä on löytynyt kivikautisia asuinpaikkoja sekä 1300–1700-luvun kylänpaikka.[2] 1800-luvulla kylän asukkaat mainittiin venäläistyneiksi ”tšuudeiksi”[4].
1900-luvun alussa Heinälahti lähikylineen muodosti Suurlahden volostiin kuuluneen kyläkunnan. Vuonna 1905 kyläkunnassa oli 27 kylää ja yli 2 700 asukasta.[5] Neuvostoaikana perustettiin Äänisentauksen piiriin kuulunut Heinälahden kyläneuvosto, jossa vuonna 1933 oli 31 asutusta ja lähes 2 000 asukasta. Kahta suomalaista lukuun ottamatta asukkaat olivat kaikki venäläisiä.[6] Vuonna 1958 Heinälahteen liitettiin Kižin kyläneuvosto[7]. 2000-luvun alun kuntauudistuksessa Heinälahden kylähallintoalue yhdistettiin Suurlahden maalaiskuntaan.
Kylästä on laivayhteys Petroskoihin, Kižiin ja Suurlahteen. Talvisin Petroskoin, Heinälahden ja Kižin välillä liikennöi helikopteri.[8] Palveluihin kuuluvat kauppa ja posti[9]. Kylässä toimii kaksi vierasmajaa[10].
Heinälahdella on historiallisen asutuksen status[11]. Sen nähtävyyksiin kuuluvat 1800-luvun loppupuolella pystytetty Semjonovin talo sekä vuonna 1810 rakennettu Pyhän Nikolaoksen kirkko,[2] jonka puuosat paloivat vuonna 1989[12]. Kylän hautausmaalla on runonlaulaja Ivan Rjabininin hauta[2].
