Bernin klubi (Club de Berne) on läntisen Euroopan tiedustelupalveluiden päälliköiden yhteenliittymä ja yhteistyöfoorumi, joka koordinoi turvallisuusuhkien torjuntaa. Se ei ole virallinen organisaatio eikä alisteinen millekään kansanväliselle rakenteelle. Bernin klubi keskittyy vakoilun ja terrorismin torjuntaan, ja sen toimintamuotoja ovat kokoukset kaksi kertaa vuodessa sekä eri tarkoituksia varten perustetut informaatioverkostot.
Sveitsiläisen Bernin kaupungin mukaan nimetty Euroopan tiedustelupalveluiden liittouma sai alkunsa vuonna 1965 EEC:n kuuden perustajavaltion tiedustelujohtajien kokoontumisista. Britannia tuli sen jäseneksi vuonna 1968 ja Sveitsi vuonna 1971. Myöhemmin jäseniksi on kutsuttu muun muassa kaikki Pohjoismaat. Suojelupoliisin päällikkö Eero Kekomäki osallistui Bernin klubin kokoukseen ensimmäistä kertaa syksyllä vuonna 1993. Vuoden 2001 syyskuun 11. päivän terrori-iskujen jälkeen perustettiin ikään kuin Bernin klubin kasvoiksi Counter Terrorism Group (CTG), johon kuuluvat kaikkien EU:n jäsenvaltioiden lisäksi Sveitsi ja Norja. CTG toimii viestin välittäjänä Bernin klubin ja EU:n välillä.[1][2]
