جواد طوسی (زاده سال ۱۳۳۴ در تهران) منتقد سینماست. وی قاضی بازنشسته دادگستری است. وی در حال حاضر وکیل دادگستری و دبیر کمسیون فرهنگ و هنر کانون وکلای دادگستری مرکز و نایب رئیس انجمن منتقدان و نویسندگان سینمایی ایران است.
