کروموگرانین A (انگلیسی: Chromogranin A) یک پروتئین ترشحی نوروآندوکرین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CHGA» کُدگذاری میشود[4] و عضوی از خانواده پروتئینهای گرانین است. این پروتئین در وزیکولهای ترشحی نورونها و سلولهای غدد درونریز همچون گرانولهای ترشحی سلولهای بتای جزایر لانگرهانس پانکراس قرار دارد. سلولهای کرومافینی مغز غده فوق کلیوی هم این پروتئین را ترشح میکنند.

کروموگرانین A پیشساز چند پروتئین مهم است که تنظیم منفی بر پیامرسانی اتوکراین و پیامرسانی پاراکراین دارند.
سطح کروموگرانین A در جریان بیماری فئوکروموسیتوما بالا میرود.[5] مشخص شده که کروموگرانین A یک اُتو-آنتیژن در جریان دیابت نوع ۱ است.[6] از کروموگرانین A به عنوان نشانگر زیستی برای سرطان لوزالمعده، سرطان پروستات[7] و سندرم کارسینوئید کاربرد دارد.[8][9]
